During my recent stay at Imperia, I was treated to a delightful experience at their on-site restaurant, Novo Ostéria. The culinary innovation of Chef François Lamontagne truly shines in his Italian-inspired dishes, which seem to delight both adults and children alike. On my first evening, I savored a comforting plate of pasta paired with a perfectly matched wine, all enjoyed in the charming al fresco dining area. The ambiance was relaxed, making it a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I started my morning with the buffet breakfast, which was, as promised, available from 6:00 AM. Everything was prepared with care, providing just the right amount of fuel for the day ahead.
